Beberpa insights yang aku dapatkan dari beberapa funnel in the past 7 days (Android & iOS):

  • users which successfully registered and landed on the onboarding page: 1,589 users
  • onboarding completed: 716 users
  • skipped onboarding: 499 users
  • unaccounted (drop-off / abandon): 374 users true drop off rate since we already differentiate the ‘skip’ process
  • onboarding success rate: 45.05 %
  • skipped onboarding rate: 31.4 %
  • true drop-off rate: 23.53 %
  • in short:: 54,93 % of our users explicitly never finish the onboarding
  • viable solution: revamp and overhaul user onboarding in the mobile apps

Update

  • User yang skipped onboarding jumlah-nya meningkat, dan sekarang udah di angka 510 users per 5 September 2025
  • aku sudah investigate lagi untuk user onboarding, apakah ada friction, functionality issue, response time issue dll semua aman
  • let’s say ada follow-up question “bagian apa yang membuat user skip onboarding”, unfortunately i can’t give you with the definitive response, we don’t currently track all the fields displayed during onboarding
