• Mobile apps have undergone several improvements and initiatives since Q1 2024 started. Notably, we actually got a lot of traffic for the daily active users and accumulatively increased the monthly active users due to the mas @Rohman initiave blasting out the push notifications to remind us for our users to update their apps to the newest version (whether it was old users or not, big thanks to @ChanKah Kean also that provides us a different wording and catchy message). Repetitively, on the last 60 days during Q2, each week we managed to increase and maintain the users averaging 9 - 10 % compared to the first period of Q1.
  • Second thing, on the last release we managed to decreasing our file apps size reduction for both platform, MKRB iOS and Android repetitively up-to 25 % for Android and 11 % for iOS. We’d to believe that decreasing the file app size will have an major impact to user conversion rate and will leading to them to give the faster time when downloading our apps.
