- There are several concerns from the mobile apps team after we discussed them with other team members, the first thing is the delivery plan schedule is quite messed up so it’s affecting our mobile app planning
- The scenario is: all of the things that we’re developing right now have tight dependencies with other teams, but at the same time, those dependencies haven’t been completed yet and need to be finished at the same time with the same moment → this is lead to us, if there’s something wrong, we as mobile apps team looks bad and looks left behind (but eventually the reality is not like that)
- We think that the other team also needs to reconsider the app’s compatibility if want to build or develop something new like there are API changes (this has been happening recently on the company services), to avoid discrepancies when the development started, because the app also has a different specification that needs to be adjusted by other teams ya, like from the BE side
- The weekly incentive is not fair enough for mobile apps, apparently, some of the member never got the incentive, but it doesn’t mean that we weren’t productive or didn’t complete any tasks, but somehow the ticketing distribution between Apps team and other teams is different, so I think it will be better to adjust this personal incentive, otherwise we felt like make us down
