some things that i learned and understood after meeting with MY and VN team who were present in Yogyakarta, is the market trend in Malaysia or Vietnam for job search has changed and one of the main focuses of the company currently is how to focus on improving candidate search with better quality but also faster. There are several things that are targeted so that this main goal is achieved which will later increase sales from xx million RM to xx million RM (disclosed information)
At some point i also felt the same thing as them about what the directors of this company did very quickly, in the end, i also began to understand that all of that was indeed intended for the sustainability of the company and those reciprocal effects eventually returned to us as employees. Objectively speaking, what the company is doing right now (with all the understanding or knowledge that i have), i can’t say is an ideal situation and proper way, but, i also can’t said it’s a bad/not good solution either, considering if i want to try to make a comparison about job market in ID with MY and VN, it’s quite… grim and chaotic for ID, while the current trend for job market in MY/VN is relatively more stable (based on what i read recently)
